Robbie Kane

Robbie started his ESL teaching career in 2013, progressing from roles like Senior Teacher Trainer to Assistant Director of Studies. He gained prominence by collaborating with Kazakhstan's Ministry of Education in 2018, leading webinars for 2,000+ teachers to uplift English teaching standards in that country. The 2020 pandemic pivoted Robbie to entrepreneurship, where he founded an online teaching business specializing in business English.  

Recognizing the importance of sales and marketing, Robbie rapidly scaled his venture, reaching rates exceeding $180/hour by 2021. In 2022, his entrepreneurial journey led him to partner with Bowei Strategy, focusing on equipping teachers for online success.

His mission is now to equip freelance teachers with the sales and marketing skills needed to attain better income, more freedom and a lasting global impact.

James embarked on his sales journey as a management consultant, working with some of the world's foremost corporations on sales training. Over the past four and a half years, he has honed his sales expertise by conducting over 1,000 sales calls since he began his journey serving the teacher community.
