James Liu

Founder and CEO at Bowei Strategy

Born and raised in China, Dr. James Liu pursued advanced degrees in the United States, earning a Ph.D. in Physics and an MBA from Wake Forest University, followed by postdoctoral training at Harvard University. With a strong academic background, James transitioned into management consulting, dedicating two years to assist global corporations in refining their marketing, sales, and pricing strategies.

James specializes in helping online teachers, coaches, and tutors build, grow, and scale their businesses. Over the past four years, James has assisted nearly 4,000 teachers and coaches in building and scaling their online businesses, with many increasing their rates to over $100 per hour and some reaching six figures in their businesses. James will provide an overview of niche teaching on Day 1 and facilitate the panel discussion with teachers from different niches. 

Stefy Vaclavikova

With a Master's Degree in Translation and Interpreting as well as CELTA, in 2020, Stefy embraced her entrepreneurial side and found her niche as an English teacher for psychologists, quickly earning a respected reputation and confidently charging $100 per hour. This experience inspired her to help fellow teachers enhance their mindset and business skills. Inspired by her own growth, Stefy realized her ability to refine the mindset and business skills of fellow teachers, empowering them to become niche teacher-entrepreneurs.

Now, as the Mindset Coach and Head of Coaching at Bowei, Stefy passionately guides teachers with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve independence, effectively connect with students online, and charge higher rates for their exceptional services. On Day 2 of our summit, Stefy will unveil essential elements of successful niche teaching and lead a panel session with diverse teachers.

Scaling Expert at Bowei Strategy

Holding a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition from The University of Oxford, Gemma brings extensive experience in training and education. As a Linguist, English Teacher, and Communication Coach with over 14 years of experience, she has developed educational materials and courses that have empowered thousands of professionals. In 2020, she launched Fluent Speakers, achieving success with her coaching programs that include corporate training for the Singapore Government and some of the biggest names in Tech.

Gemma also supports teachers and coaches in their online business growth and success. She works at Bowei Strategy as a Business Strategist and Scaling Expert, coaching teachers and coaches on scaling their businesses by incorporating digital products, group coaching, and corporate training. Gemma will demonstrate different scaling methods in niche teaching on Day 3 and facilitate a panel session with teachers who have successfully scaled their businesses.
